STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Douglas Crane, a third generation construction professional, is currently operating with two dual commercial/residential K-11 and K-5 licenses in the State of Arizona. Mr. Crane has owned his own construction firm since first being licensed in California in 1980. Mr. Crane has a long history of practical working experience with a focus on building code standards and enforcement, power technology, and electrical work; and is skilled in project control and development, site planning, building design, construction methods, construction materials, inspection procedures, engineering and architectural sciences, mathematics, statistics, construction IT, value analysis, cost estimating, scheduling, contract administration, accounting, business and financial management. Mr. Crane is also a Certified Restoration Contractor, trained by the individuals responsible for decontaminating the Hart Senate Building during the terrorist anthrax contamination event in 2001.

Mr. Crane currently employs 25 - 30 trained technicians with 10 of those individuals qualified for supervisory positions. Mr. Crane and several of his employees have received OSHA safety training and are approved OSHA safety monitors. Mr. Cranes’ firm complies with OSHA standards of safety by requiring his employees to attend weekly OSHA Toolbox Topic meetings, effectively minimizing accident hazards on the job. The firms’ record of worker injury is nearly impeccable after 30 years in the construction industry.

Mr. Crane adheres strongly to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors’ rules, regulations and statutes, maintains quality workmanship standards, as well as, concurs with the established principal of integrity; to protect the health, safety and welfare of the general public.
